Living and working along Florida's Gulf Coast has given Kathleen an appreciation for the unique considerations that come with buying and selling waterfront property. Kathleen also has a special interest in helping homeowners who are navigating real estate during divorce and other major life changes. Having personally experienced divorce, she understands how emotional and complicated decisions surrounding a home can become. Her approach is centered on professionalism, discretion, clear communication and helping clients move through the real estate process with confidence.

Her professional credentials include Certified Business Development Agent (CBDA), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). Kathleen also holds a Master's Degree in Nursing and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration. Her healthcare background has strengthened the communication, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills she brings to every real estate transaction.
