I am Kathleen Paglaiccetti, and I have spent years falling in love with this stretch of Florida Gulf coast. As a Realtor licensed in both Florida and Pennsylvania, I work with people who are discovering Hudson Beach for the first time, and with long-time residents in Spring Hill, New Port Richey, Trinity, Dunedin, and Hernando County who know exactly why they stay.

Hudson Beach Life started as a simple idea: create the guide I wish I had when I first moved here. Where to launch a kayak at dawn. Which charter captain knows the inshore flats best. Which restaurants have the freshest catch and which ones are just good vibes. What happens in each season and why it matters.

I hold several professional credentials, including Certified Business Development Agent (CBDA), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). My background includes a Master's Degree in Nursing and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, which means I approach everything with a detail-oriented, analytical mindset.

But honestly, most of what I share on this site comes from weekends spent on the water, mornings on the beach, and conversations with the charter captains, restaurant owners, and park rangers who make this community what it is. I am a mother of five, an enthusiast of weight lifting, stand-up paddleboarding, hiking, and biking, and I have a special dedication to serving military veterans in their real estate journey.
